Cybersecurity and privacy campaign launched
Over the coming month, Leiden University will be raising awareness for safer working practices and better cybersecurity. Staff can use the brand new campaign page to test their knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy issues and check which tools and programmes are safe and suitable for work purposes.
The site also contains lots of cybersecurity tips, including how to lock your screen when you’re away from your computer (even just for a minute!) and how to recognise senders of suspicious emails. The campaign’s mascot is robot Sam Safe, who will regularly pop up with useful tips and checks.
