Update Windows 11 migration
KOG employees have until the end of the day on 14 June to hand over their laptops for migration to Windows 11. If you haven’t done this yet, please book a time slot using this form.
If you can no longer make the time slot you have booked, you need to let the Migration Team know by sending an email to het Windows 11-migratieteam. You then need to book a new time slot by clicking the link in your booking confirmation.
- During your laptop’s migration, you will not be able to use your laptop for around two hours. However, you can use a different computer in the meantime.
- You must collect your own laptop, so please don’t ask someone else to do this for you. It will take around 30 minutes for the Migration Team to go through the final stages of the installation process and give you instructions on using Windows 11.
- We have migrated over 180 colleagues’ computers so far, and users are not experiencing any problems with Windows 11. However, we do recommend using the old version of Outlook for the time being.
- You can print documents in the usual way, by placing your LU Card on the card reader.
