Payment date: 23 May (holiday allowance included)
On Thursday 23 May, the salaries for May 2024 will be paid out. From the same day, the salary statement/pay slip will be available in Self Service. In addition to the specification of your monthly salary, the salary statement for May contains your holiday allowance.

Holiday allowance
You are entitled to a holiday allowance of 8% of your income. The holiday allowance is taxed with the special tax rate. The percentage is on the salary statement under ‘Special tax rate’.
If your contract begins or ends in the middle of the year, your holiday allowance will be adjusted pro rata.
Individual Choices Model
Did you submit an Individual Choices Model application with the holiday allowance as a source? Then you will see each of these applications twice on your May salary statement. First, the amount is deducted from your gross holiday allowance. This is shown on your salary statement as ‘Gr. Ded.’ or ‘Gr. Deduct’. Next, taxes are calculated over the lowered gross amount. Finally, the Individual Choice Model application amount is added again, shown on the salary statement as ‘Net allow.’ or ‘Net all.’.
From the descriptions on your salary statement you can tell which Individual Choice Model applications have been taken into account and for what amount:
