It’s Healthy University Week from 13 to 17 May, and the theme is: Spring into action! It is important to get moving; it works wonders for your brain! By exercising, you work on your vitality and find yourself more able to cope with your work and all its challenges.
Step away from that screen and get moving
Spring is the season to get moving. Healthy University offers a wide range of sports, relaxation, exercise and inspiration to get you away from that screen and out of that meeting room for a while. The activities are made possible in part thanks to the University Sports Centre and My Daily Lifestyle through Zorg en Zekerheid. Where possible these activities will take place outdoors.
Programme
Sign up and join one or two sessions and experience what half an hour of outdoor exercise can do for your energy levels. You can find more information on the event-page. Some of the activities will also be available to students.
