‘My staff movements’ Service Portal available and updated
The ‘My staff movements' tile in the Service Portal is available again. It is now possible to start new applications, submit details to an application, or approve an application.
To resolve the outage, a number of planned changes have been implemented early. The main change is that there are now two options for a 'New application':
- Change or request for an existing registration
Choose this option when you want to change an existing registration, such as extending it or changing schedule hours or salary. You can also choose this option for personal requests such as parental leave or overtime declaration.
- New registration
Choose this if you want to start a new registration for an existing employee or new employee.
For each 'new registration' you must always first search by date of birth to see whether the (new) employee in question is already known in the university systems.
