Final works for phase 2A Gorlaeus Building
Construction works for phase 2A in the Gorlaeus Building are entering the final phase! Just a few more months and the first departments will move in!
A lot of hard work has been done recently. Many areas in the new building already look beautiful. For example, the furniture has been installed, the pantries, the reception desk and several fixed couches. Work on the Rosalind Franklinsquare (campus square) and bicycle parking also started recently.
What is coming up next?
As we enter the final phase of work until the first departmens will move in March, several things still need to be done. This month, for example, work will start on installing all audio and video equipment and the chalkboards in the teaching rooms.
