Coen Glasbergen will become the new director of the ICT Shared Service Centre (ISSC) with effect from 1 October 2023. He succeeds Joop van der Born, who held the position until 31 August.

Glasbergen has years of technical and operational experience within information services. He is currently programme manager and deputy Chief Information Officer at Buma/Stemra, a copyright organisation, where he heads a company-wide programme. He has previously held a number of management positions at the Netherlands Employees Insurance Agency (UWV), the Netherlands Mental Healthcare organisation (GGZ), the Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND) and the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations.

Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board Martin Ridderbos welcomes Glasbergen’s appointment: ‘In Coen, we have found a driven new director who, with his knowledge and experience, is well-placed to provide enthusiastic leadership to the professionals within the ISSC.’
