New procedure

Starting from Monday 28 August 2023 all visitors without a LU-Card should be registered in advance at the Servicedesk and Reception Desk via this form. Please indicate the date and time of the visit, the name of the visitor, and the contact person who will pick up the visitor at the reception desk. For conferences, it is important to hand over a list of the participants to the reception desk before the start of the conference or event. We will look for a suitable solution for information days.

To ensure a safe environment for all, only authorised persons will have access to university buildings.

LU-Card check
From Monday 4 September, all staff and students will be asked to show their LU-Card when entering the Kamerlingh Onnes Building (KOG). We ask all staff and students to fully cooperate with this procedure so that entry to the KOG goes smoothly.  

Applying for your LU-Card
New employees must have a LU-Card before the start of the academic year. Staff can apply here, but can also go to the Service Desk at the KOG. Make sure you always have your LU-Card with you when coming to the KOG.
