Nomination of a thesis for the new KHMW thesis prizes on the topic Responsible Internet may now be submitted.

Starting in 2023, the Koninklijke Hollandsche Maatschappij der Wetenschappen (KHMW, Royal Holland Society for the Sciences), with funding from the SIDN Fonds, Freedom Internet and Mijndomein, will annually award two thesis prizes for research on ‘Responsible Internet’, a 1st prize of €2,000 and a 2nd prize of €1,000.

In 2023, the prizes are intended for (former) students whose master’s thesis was approved by their supervisor(s) in academic year 2022/2023.

Nominations can be submitted by teaching staff involved in the supervision and grading of the thesis in question, which may be in Dutch or English. Nominations should be submitted digitally no later than 18 September 2023.
