As a member of the university staff, you have your own profile page on the website. You can find this by searching for your first and/or second name in the search bar at the top of the site. If you would like to make changes to your page, you can often do so yourself.

Changes you can make yourself: name, ancillary activities, publications

Having your first name shown instead of your initials, declaring ancillary activities and adding scientific publications to your profile: these are changes you can make yourself in a few easy steps. Read how to make these changes.

Other details

Perhaps you want to change your profile photo, your job title has changed, you have moved to a different department or other details need changing. Depending on what exactly needs changing, you may need to submit a request to the Service Portal or the web editor of your faculty or unit, for example.
