Personnel Monitor 2022: response rate of 51.5% and multiple winners
The Personnel Monitor has been open for the past four weeks. The monitor is one of the most important ways for us to gain insight into job satisfaction within the organisation and into what we do well and where there is room for improvement. In 2022 we have achieved a response rate of 51.5% within the University. Thanks to all the staff who have taken the time to have your say.
Several winners
Healthy University is sponsoring a prize for the first team to achieve a 100% response rate or to come closest to this. The prize will be awarded on 24 November at Rapenburg and comprises a half-day together with a mobile barista serving fruit and veg smoothies and artisan coffee and tea. The winners will be notified in person. And the good news is: there are several winners!
Congratulations to Operational Management and Advisory (Administration and Central Services) with a 100% response rate, Communication & Marketing (Faculty of Humanities) with 92.9%, Finance (Administration and Central Services) with 90.9% and Digital Services (Leiden University Libraries), also with 90.9%. An honourable mention also goes to the Theoretical Chemistry team (Faculty of Science) and to Learning & Development (Administration and Central Services).
The results of the Personnel Monitor will be announced in the week of 19 December and we will work together to apply these latest insights to our organisation. More information will follow.
