The Happy Work Scan explores whether you want to take the next step in your career or are happy in your job. It gives an idea of your ambitions and expectations in your career and personal development. And after you’ve taken the scan, you’ll receive a report on whether you are in balance in your current role.

Do you already want to get started yourself? On the Career Platform (log in with your ULCN account) you will find tools on careers, such as:

• Make a personal talent profile
  Talent says something about your potential. But you may not even know what you’re good at. If you don’t, why not ask those around you what talents they see in you?
• Your job satisfaction (in Dutch)
  You’re getting along just fine but sometimes wonder whether you still get enough satisfaction from your work. Fill in the questionnaire to gain more insight into your job satisfaction.
• Visualise your ideal working day
  Do you need your own office space? Do you want to travel a lot? Do you like working in a team? If anything were possible, what you your ideal working day consist of?
