For trips to areas/countries with a green or yellow travel advice, there is no need to fill in a request form anymore. Our travel agency UniGlobe will not ask for such a form when travelling to these areas.

For trips to areas/countries with an orange or red travel advice, the procedure doesn’t change. Your Faculty Board has to approve before the request will be sent to the IIT / travel advisory team. Please send your request form to HR Erik de Vries for approval of the Board.

When approved the form will be send to the IIT/Travel advice team.
