Yes, we are allowed to have social events again!
Unfortunately one of the last times an organised drinks at the Van Steenis didn't go well. That's why we made a list of all the arrangements that need to be made to organize a drink:
- Make the reservation for the hall/atrium with the secretariat of Archaeology and inform the receptievansteenis@ufb.leidenuniv.nl
- The building is open until 19.00 hours, so leave on time.
If the drinks will last longer, there is the option to hire reception staff for a longer period of time, for a fee. Please contact servicemanfwn@ufb.leidenuniv.nl at least two weeks in advance. For weekend activities, the request must be submitted three weeks in advance.
In any case, please leave the space tidy and clean up any dirt. Also if you use the garden/terrace.
