The Urban Studies bachelor’s programme is taught at Leiden University's location in The Hague, a vibrant city offering many cultural activities and sporting opportunities, and close to the beach at Scheveningen. The Hague was also awarded the title ‘greenest city in The Netherlands’ in 2017.

On Sunday 15 September 'ICM Weekendschool Den Haag' (ICM Weekend School The Hague) gathered at the Wijnhaven location for the first time.

On Friday 9 March the The Hague Orientation Day took place for the first time at Wijnhaven.

Leiden University turned 444 this year, and we are celebrating this milestone with the residents of the two cities in which we have a presence: Leiden and The Hague. An exhibition about the University and its connections with the city opens in the Atrium of City Hall in The Hague on 2 September.

Data Science seminar at the Faculty of Governance and Global Affairs

Last Wednesday February 7th, LUC The Hague celebrated the graduation of the Class of 2017 ½. Around 250 guests joined the ceremony at Leiden University’s Wijnhaven building, followed by a festive reception at LUC The Hague in honour of the 34 graduates.

A national walkout will be staged on Monday 13 May. Leiden Scholars for Palestine has called on students and staff from Leiden University to meet at 11.00 at the Lipsius building in Leiden and the Wijnhaven building in The Hague.
